1-21-20 THOUGHTS

Let’s think for a moment about “THE BECAUSE IDEA”!  It’s kinda “CAUSE AND EFFECT” thinking.   It is most beautiful when God is involved!  Indeed, it provides for our SOULS, meaning for eternity!  We are mixing some “because” passages together today to try to draw a picture.

1John 4:10  Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son [to be] the propitiation for our sins.
1John 4:19           We love, because He first loved us.
John 3:16  "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.

Mal 2:2   "If you do not listen, and if you do not take it to heart to give honor to My name," says the LORD of hosts, "then I will send the curse upon you and I will curse your blessings; and indeed, I have cursed them [already,] because you are not taking [it] to heart.
Matt 1:20   Then He began to denounce the cities in which most of His miracles were done, because they did not repent.
Matt 7:14   "For [because KJV]  the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it.
Matt 13:6   "But when the sun had risen, they were scorched; and because they had no root, they withered away.
Matt 13:13   "Therefore I speak to them in parables; because while seeing they do not see, and while hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand.
Matt 18:7    "Woe to the world because of [its] stumbling blocks! For it is inevitable that stumbling blocks come; but woe to that man through whom the stumbling block comes!
John 4:42    and they were saying to the woman, "It is no longer because of what you said that we believe, for we have heard for ourselves and know that this One is indeed the Savior of the world."
John 7:43    So a division occurred in the crowd because of Him.
John 17:14   "I have given them Your word; and the world has hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.
Rom 8:7   because the mind set on the flesh is hostile toward God; for it does not subject itself to the law of God, for it is not even able [to do so,]
1John 3:1    See how great a love the Father has bestowed on us, that we would be called children of God; and [such] we are. For this reason the world does not know us, because it did not know Him.

My Prayer:
We exalt your name Oh God, we praise you. We love you because you have loved us first.  Thank you for teaching us to love, and for allowing us to live lives of love.  Help us to teach this world love.  May they know we are yours by our love for one another.
